Karl Mace is executive chef for the Union Bluff Hotel and the acclaimed, new Union Bluff Meeting House in York Beach, Maine. Prior to the Union Bluff, he served as chef for the Stolen Menu Cafe in York, sous chef at the four star Greenbrier Hotel in West Virginia and executive chef for several restaurants in Savannah, Georgia.
