Brad Miller
Stage Neck Inn, York, ME
Brad Miller attended Ivy Tech with a concentration in culinary arts in his native state of Indiana and worked at a wide array of restaurants and top hotels in Indianapolis. Relocating to the Seacoast in June 2008, Miller worked for the York Harbor Inn, York, Maine and more recently accepted the position Chef de Cuisine at the Stage Neck Inn. Miller's culinary style melds traditional cuisine and comfort food with contemporary techniques and taste.
