Sarah O'Rourke

Pastry Chef, Manchester, NH

In 2004 Sarah left her political career in pursuit of her dream of becoming a pastry chef. As a graduate of L'Academie de Cuisine Sarah has had the opportunity to work for the Park Hyatt and Ritz Carlton hotels. She came to Boston to join Finale's production team and learned her way through 200 pounds of cake batter at a time. Most recently, Sarah is a Manager at Frederick's Pastries in Amherst, NH.
