  • Deconstructed French Onion Soup: Slow Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Gruyere Grilled Cheese Sandwich with a Caramelized Onion Broth and Horseradish Aioli
  • Very Berry French Toast: Grilled Wild Berry Pound Cake with Grand Marnier Soaked Berries, Berried Whipped Cream and Mint Paint

About Evening Classes

Learn by watching our professional guest instructors prepare a fabulous menu while providing step-by-step directions for each dish. The relaxed style of our Cooking School will ensure interaction with the chef so you can ask questions, and you get a great view of all the action thanks to the studio cameras and monitors. You’ll leave each class feeling confident and totally prepared to make the same dishes at home. Recipe packets are provided for students to take home. Tastings of each prepared dish are provided, with wines and beverages available for purchase.
