Sfingi is a drop doughnut with a delicate seasoningperfect to serve at a brunch for relatives in town for the holidays. They'll also be impressed with your Zabaglione, Italian Egg Custard, a rich delicious dish made with Marsala. An ethnic favorite, Biscotti ai Pignoli, Pine Nut cookie, will round out these treats that even non-Italians crave once they taste!
About Evening Classes
Learn by watching our professional guest instructors prepare a fabulous menu while providing step-by-step directions for each dish. The relaxed style of our Cooking School will ensure interaction with the chef so you can ask questions, and you get a great view of all the action thanks to the studio cameras and monitors. You’ll leave each class feeling confident and totally prepared to make the same dishes at home. Recipe packets are provided for students to take home. Tastings of each prepared dish are provided, with wines and beverages available for purchase.
