Delicious and classic Southern ingredients made modern paired with the most refreshing southern-style mocktail we could think of.

  • The 1808 Fizz: Grilled Grapefruit Juice, Tangerine, Fresh Mint, and Sparkling Mineral Water. We recommend adding Gin at home!
  • Heirloom Tomato Salad with Crispy Okra and Black-Eyed Pea Vinaigrette
  • Panhandle Seafood Gumbo: Packed with Oysters, Shrimp, Red Snapper, Smoked Andouille, Okra, Pepper, Onions, Celery and Spices
  • Roasted Figs with Gran Marnier, Lemon and Mint over Vanilla Ice Cream
