Stonewall Kitchen Corporate Headquarters are located in York, Maine and we ship from our Distribution Center in nearby Rochester, New Hampshire via United Parcel Service. Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked online while orders shipped via US Postal Service cannot be tracked. All in-stock orders should be received within 7-10 business days.

Expedited Delivery: Expedited delivery options are available Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. Two Business Days/additional 14.95 and Next Business Day/additional $24.95. Expedited orders must be received by 2pm ET and are guaranteed for in-stock items only. Sorry, not all items are available for expedited delivery.

Delivery Surcharges: Certain items are oversized, heavy or require special packaging (perishables) and are more costly to ship. These items have a delivery surcharge noted in the parentheses after the price of the item. Please note this delivery surcharge is in addition to our standard delivery charges on the order form.

Furniture Delivery: Furniture Delivery may be scheduled from 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday only. We do offer premium delivery service on many of our furniture items. Please call 1-800-826-1752 to receive a quote. Furniture may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Additional Information: All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico only ship UPS 2nd Day Air ($15 surcharge applies.) All shipments to the US Virgin Islands ship USPS Priority ($15 surcharge applies). For delivery to a PO box, please call Guest Services.

For each recipient you have the option of selecting our gift wrapping service by selecting a Gift Wrap letter from the drop down box to the right of the item. These letters correspond to the gift wrap service you would like items placed in for gift giving. Each gift wrap service holds approximately five items.
