How to Open a Stonewall Kitchen Wholesale

Opening Orders |
The minimum opening order amount
is $400; four (4) case minimum on reorders. Stonewall Kitchen cannot mix or
split cases. A copy of your state resale certificate must accompany your
opening order before it will be processed.

Terms |
Orders are shipped prepaid by VISA,
MC, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER or prepaid check. A customer may apply for Net
30 terms after they have placed three (3) orders (excluding backorders) within
the past 12 months and have been an established business for one year. Credit
limits are determined on past order history. Please contact Stonewall Kitchen
if you are interested in applying for terms and would like a credit application
sent. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Terms are not automatically
granted. Terms cannot be processed during the months of October, November and
December. Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
All returned checks due to insufficient funds are outsourced to a third
party collection company. A fee will be applied at their discretion. Without
notice, Stonewall Kitchen reserves the right to revoke payment terms at any
time, and reinstate prepaid terms of VISA, MC, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER or
prepaid check.
Shipping
Stonewall Kitchen ships F.O.B.
Rochester, NH.
Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing
goods reported within seven days of receiving delivery. UPS reserves the right
to inspect damaged goods prior to issuing a claim; please hold damaged goods
for 3-5 business days.
Please make note of any damages on the bill of
lading when receiving freight deliveries. Pick up customers will be notified
upon order completion via phone or email. A signature is required when picking
up your order from our distribution center. This will verify that you have
received your order complete and that there are no damages or discrepancies. A
special freight program is available, please call for details and
enrollment.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be
applied to any orders (including pickup orders) refused or returned without
prior authorization.

Sample Policy |
One sample for each case purchased
of like product is available at a reduced cost. A limited number of items are
not available for sampling. Stonewall Kitchen provides one free sample per four
cases of a particular item purchased (where applicable). All samples are marked
accordingly. Sample requests must be specified with each order.

MAP Pricing |
Minimum Advertised Price: Stonewall
Kitchen recommends this price as the lowest price a retailer should display to
the end consumer.

Product Images |
Contact us if you wish to use our product images. Please provide us with the product name(s), desired file type and size. We process the image requests in 5 to 7 business days. Any reproduction of the images in our catalog (or stonewallkitchen.com) is prohibited.
