Stonewall Kitchen - Employment

The Private Label Manager will be responsible for the business development and management of the private label sales channel. A key initiative will be identifying and securing new private business opportunities for Stonewall Kitchen. This position will also be focused on growing the existing private label business with our current customer base. Specific responsibilities include:

Developing new private label opportunities utilizing Daymon Worldwide and other broker organizations
Responsible for increasing the product breadth and depth among the existing customer base
Achieve budgeted sales goals and profit margins for the private label business
Attend the PLMA show as well as other industry trade shows and attract new private label business prospects
Follow-up on potential sales leads through catalog mailings, phone, email, etc.
Research operational issues associated with shipments to private label retailers
Reviewing aging reports of existing accounts to ensure that payments are being made timely
Execute private label contracts

This position requires the following skills and experience:

BA in Marketing or Marketing related and 5+ years of sales experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Experience negotiating contracts
Background in the specialty food, packaging or manufacturing industry a plus
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and presentation skills
