The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for assisting the Lead Visual Merchandising with establishing and maintaining the look and feel of the Stonewall Kitchen brand in all sales divisions. The Visual Merchandiser will also work 10 hours a week as a Store Associate, responsible for assisting guests in a helpful, positive manner while maintaining the appearance of the store to company standards. Specific responsibilities include:

• Implementation of visual merchandising themes and displays for retail stores based upon the visual directives provided by the Visual Merchandising Supervisor, to ensure brand and visual merchandising is upheld in the field.
• Resolve store specific merchandising challenges that require adaptations including store size, store type, volume, spatial constraints, and inventory levels.
• Provide to the Visual Merchandising Supervisor, detailed table changes for analysis of sku sales by the Merchandising Team
• Work with Design Team for the timely delivery and placement of signage for retail stores and related projects.
• Confirm "mins" on all Stonewall Kitchen items to ensure proper presentation for sales impact
• Use company reports to monitor successful sell through of product placement, by sales floor location, or to recognize the opportunity to increase sales through item movement.
• Communicate necessary visual changes to company stores based on inventory fluctuations, delays, etc…to meet visual plan.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of retail experience and proven visual merchandising standards
• Strong computer skills along with experience with digital cameras and related software
• Excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet company insurance requirements
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand several hours a day, and climb ladders as needed
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
