Take I-91 South to 291 East. Take Tolland Turnpike exit. Turn left off exit and left at Buckland Street traffic lights. Take left at 6th traffic light into the center of the Shops at Evergreen Walk - 400 Evergreen Way, Suite 408.

From the South:
Take I-91 North to 84 East. Take Exit 62. Turn left off exit onto Buckland Street and left at 4th traffic light into the center of the Shops at Evergreen Walk - 400 Evergreen Way, Suite 408.

Cooking Classes

$65 Registration Fee per class includes: recipe tastings, printed menu packet, Stonewall Kitchen Product Sample Gift Pack, and 10% off any store purchases made that evening. Classes are informal with on-going interaction between chef and students. SWK Cooking Class Fees are refundable and/or transferable up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. No refunds will be issued for class cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. This cancelation policy is strictly enforced. Please provide the store with an appropriate daytime telephone number in case the store needs to cancel class (due to inclement weather, chef cancelation, limited registration, etc.)

Enjoy a heart-warming winter meal with Carrie Gebhart. The meal begins with a mixed green salad with apples and cranberries and Stonewall Kitchen's Garlic Herb Bread followed by a mouth watering Roasted Garlic Onion Jam, stuffed Pork Tenderloin and Garlic Smashed Potatoes. End the evening with Chocolate Molten Lava Cakes drizzled with Black Cherry Cognac Sauce.

The meal starts with a mescaline salad with Stonewall Kitchen's Cilantro Lime Dressing and an appetizer of grilled marinated chicken skewers with a tropical kick. The main dish will be shrimp and vegetables with Stonewall Kitchen's new Pineapple Ginger Sauce over basmati rice. We'll finish the meal with pineapple straws topped with one of Stonewall Kitchen's favorite chocolate sauces. Wear your grass skirts.

Ed is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked in many fine restaurants and hotels. He looks forward to sharing some of his talents, as he prepares an entrée of Turkey Loaf Galantine with Sauce Volute . Ed will also prepare Smashed Red Bliss Potatoes prepared with Apple wood bacon and one of Stonewall Kitchen's mustards. For your vegetable Ed will prepare steamed broccoli with caramelized onion. Dessert will be a delicious Cranberry Bread Pudding.
