From your pantry you will need:

2-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 Tablespoon milk
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

I actually used this mix to make a pumpkin cheesecake (not bars) and it turned out incredible. It was so easy, I will be making this again soon! It will be perfect for a Thanksgiving desert too.
Wow, these pumpkim cheesecake bars are fantastic. Perfectly sweet, not yet overly sweet. Great consistancy and the crust is awesome. Received a box as a gift, but I will definitely be buying more!
