A summery blend of cilantro and lime
Can you capture summer in a bottle? We think we may have succeeded with our Stonewall Kitchen Cilantro Lime Dressing. Suddenly guacamole becomes vivacious and friends are begging you to bring your shrimp and pasta salads to the next gathering. Try it on mixed greens, spinach, in homemade salsas or bean dips. It's also good as a marinade for scallops or chicken before baking or grilling.

Used this to marinate chicken breasts the other night. Grilled the chicken and served it with mexican rice, black beans, cheese, scallions ....voila!

I did as you suggested and made coleslaw with this dressing in the mix...added a few shredded carrots and some roasted pecans...yum. yum! Next time I'll order three bottles...one for our summer home in Maine, one for home in Vermont and one to keep on the shelf.
