Our Habanero Mango Hot Sauce is a sensational combination of habanera, mango, curry and mustard. Livens up steamed vegetables and adds a burst of flavor to deviled eggs.
Mustard (mustard seed, vinegar, water, turmeric, chili pepper), Water, Brown Sugar, Mango Puree, Vinegar, Raisins, Habanero Pepper Puree (habanero peppers, citric acid), Spices, Curry Powder, Chili Powder, Salt.
Coincidentally, I visit Stonewall Kitchen in York, ME today and saw that they had brought this product back. I was so happy, I bought 2 bottles. I got home and saw I had an email announcing that it was back. Ever since I had the Habernero Mango Aiole at the SK Cafe, I have been making it at home. I like being able to make it myself vs. buying it because then I can make it as hot or mild as I want to. I also made the spicy grilled shrimp recipe with this, and it was great, everyone loved it.
This sauce goes well with just about everything. I put it on sandwiches, salads, meats. It's spicy but not too, too hot. You can put it on like ketchup. It gives everything a little extra kick. You will soon find that you cannot live without it on your kitchen table.
