So we're from Maine, but this authentic recipe for Chile Con Queso dip originates from our friends in the great state of Texas. Part of the Tex-Mex culture, its cheesy fiery flavor and versatility makes it one of the most popular snacks worldwide. Our all natural recipe includes Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, jalapeno and chipotle peppers and all the right seasonings. Couldn't be easier to make, heat in the microwave for a few seconds, stir and heat a little more. Serve with crisp tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or use on homemade fajitas, tacos, enchiladas or quesadillas. Even add a little to mashed potatoes for great flavor.
