This sauce combines spiced pumpkin and caramel to create a smooth, nutty flavor accented by sweetness. It is a surprisingly tasty blend inspired by our nostalgia for state fairs and homemade caramel. A great topping for any dessert or spoon.
Ingredients:
Corn Syrup, Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar, Heavy Cream, Pumpkin Puree, Glycerine, Water, Unsalted Butter (milk), Caramel, Hydroxylated Soy Lecithin, Salt, Spices, Carrageenan (carrageenan, maltodextrin)
Warm up a little in the microwave, put over vanilla ice cream. The warm pumpkin/caramel with the cool vanilla icecream - amazingly good!

Tried the Pumpkin Caramel Sauce using your recipes for the Milkshakes and the gingerbread with Pumpkin Caramel whipped cream. The Pumpkin Caramel sauce itself is very decadent. We enjoyed both recipes and I am looking forward to trying some of your other recipes and products !

I tried this yesterday in the store and it was fabulous. I put it over a baked apple with vanilla Ice cream. it was a perfect end to a very busy day!
