Nicely roasted garlic blended into a delightful light and flavorful vinaigrette makes this a valuable pantry staple. Use it on salads, potatoes as a marinade and whole lot more. It's that simple and it's just plain good.
Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette
Water, Canola Oil, Dijon Mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, white wine, citric acid, turmeric, tartaric acid, spices), White Vinegar, Roasted Garlic, Pure Cane Sugar, Cultured Dextrose, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Salt, Spices, Garlic Powder, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid
This is perfect as a marinade for chicken and fish. I do not like it as a dressing though, but will continue to use it as a marinade and I usually make homemade marinades so it's pretty good.
