Golden Cake



  1. Seperate egg whites from yolks and beat whites with cream of tartar, until stiff.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients well (not yolks), and fold into egg whites.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured tube or bundt pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
  5. Invert pan, until cake is cool.
