White Nectarine Fool
- 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen White Nectarine Jam
- 3/4 cup whipped cream
- Whip cream until peaks are soft.
- Measure out 3/4 cup and gently fold in 1/2 cup White Nectarine Jam.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- In preformed chocolate shell, topped with strawberries
- In puff pastry shells, drizzled with chocolate or garnished with chocolate leaves
- In fancy parfait or dessert glass with fresh mint garnish
