Balsamic Vinegar Reduction


  • 2 cups Stonewall Kitchen Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar


  1. Mix vinegar and sugar together in a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat for approximately 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature for syrup texture.
  • Drizzle over strawberries
  • Dipping sauce for hard or soft cheeses and fruit
  • Use in Vinaigrettes
  • Drizzle over baked chicken, fish, pork or beef
