New England Coleslaw – Serves 6-8
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups carrots, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. scallions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. radishes, shredded
- 1/2 bottle Stonewall Kitchen New England Coleslaw Dressing
- salt & pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients and toss. Serve cold or at room temperature.
- *Try a delicious variation by adding 1/4 cup shredded apple, 1/4 cup golden raisins and 2 Tbsp. toasted pecans instead of the scallions and shredded radish.
