Stilton Champagne Spread

ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 3 ounces crumbled Stilton cheese
• 4 tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Maine Maple Champagne Mustard
• Crostini
• 1 red pepper, roasted, then cut into strips

directions

1. Combine first three ingredients. Spread on Crostini.
2. Place under broiler to warm slightly.
3. Remove from oven and garnish with thinly sliced strips of roasted red pepper.
