2 ½ cups Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Pancake and Waffle Mix
½ cup sugar
½ cup milk
2 large eggs
2 ounces melted butter
1 cup heaping, fresh or frozen blueberries
Mix batter thoroughly with other ingredients, then carefully fold in berries.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
Note: whether your berries are picked fresh from the bush or frozen from the bag, freezing before adding the batter prevents the batter from becoming gray, especially if you stir minimally and cautiously.
