A very adult version of a "Slush Puppy"
- 1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Wild Maine Blueberry Syrup
- 3 cups water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Combine blueberry syrup, water and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour into an 8 x 8 inch metal pan.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze. Whisk mixture every half hour until frozen.
- When frozen, shave layers of the ice crystals with side of spoon to serve.
