Maine Blueberry Ice Cream

ingredients

  • 1 pint cream
  • 4 oz. Stonewall Kitchen Wild Maine Blueberry Jam
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar

directions

  1. Warm cream and Stonewall Kitchen Wild Maine Blueberry Jam without allowing it to ever simmer
  2. Stir in salt and sugar.
  3. Allow to cool and chill.
  4. Freeze in ice cream machine.
