Oatmeal Cookies

The wonderful flavor of our Pancake and Waffle Mix makes a crisp cookie you will love to serve.

ingredients

• 1 3/4 cups Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Pancake and Waffle Mix
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup yellow raisins
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/3 cup molasses
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

directions

1. In a large bowl, stir together pancake mix, soda, powder, cinnamon and salt.
2. In another bowl, cream together butter, sugar, eggs, molasses and vanilla.
3. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
4. Mix in oats, nuts and raisins.
5. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets.
6. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.
