ingredients

  • 7 ounces mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Champagne Shallot Walnut Dressing
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1 pear, sliced

directions

  1. Combine mixed greens with Champagne Shallot Walnut Dressing, toasted walnuts, crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and sliced pear.
  2. Toss gently and serve.
