New England Coleslaw – Serves 6-8

ingredients

• 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
• 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
• 2 cups carrots, shredded
• 2 Tbsp. scallions, chopped
• 2 Tbsp. radishes, shredded
• 1/2 bottle Stonewall Kitchen New England Coleslaw Dressing
• salt & pepper to taste

directions

1. Combine all ingredients and toss. Serve cold or at room temperature.
2. *Try a delicious variation by adding 1/4 cup shredded apple, 1/4 cup golden raisins and 2 Tbsp. toasted pecans instead of the scallions and shredded radish.
