Black Bean Salad
- 2 15-ounce cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Cilantro Lime Dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toss together black beans, tomato, avocado, yellow bell pepper, Cilantro Lime Dressing, ground cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
