Champagne Shallot Vinaigrette
Great with salsa, sliced avocado, warm pinto beans
ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Champagne Shallot Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Champagne vinegar or your favorite
- 1-2 teaspoons crushed garlic
- 1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Extra Virgin Olive Oil (slowly add the oil to emulsify)
directions
- Using food processor, combine ingredients.
- Toss summer greens with vinaigrette.
- Lay on top of warm blue corn tortilla.
- Slice cooked chicken and add as well.
