Blueberry Waffles - Makes 3 6" inch waffles
Top with our Wild Maine Blueberry Syrup for a taste treat!
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Pancake and Waffle Mix
- 4 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- Mix water with beaten eggs, add Pancake and Waffle Mix and mix well.
- Stir in melted butter and then add blueberries.
- Ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown.
