Sweet and Sour Rice - Serves 4-5
- 3 cups prepared (cooked) rice
- 3/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
- 3-4 scallions finely sliced
- 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
- grilled chicken, optional
- 1 bottle Stonewall Kitchen Pineapple Ginger Sauce (or to taste)
- Combine all ingredients and heat in a saute pan over medium low heat. Serve immediately.
