Roasted Garlic or Sweet Basil Oil Croutons

ingredients

• 1-1 lb. Boule, cut into ½ inch cubes
• 1/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Oil or Stonewall Kitchen Sweet Basil Oil
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (preferably fresh)
• Salt and pepper to taste

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl toss all ingredients. Place on a foil lined and greased baking pan.
3. Bake 20-30 minutes until the croutons are crispy and golden brown.
4. Serve with greens and your favorite salad dressing.
