  • 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Artichoke Pesto
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat stirring with a whisk until melted and smooth.
  2. Put sauce in a fondue pot over heat. Serve with crusty bread, potatoes or vegetables.
