- 1 large head Bibb lettuce, torn into small pieces
- 1 small head Radicchio
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 6 Tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Stonewall Kitchen Blue Cheese Herb Mustard
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 scallions, white part only
- Combine all vinaigrette ingredients in a food processor. Process until well blended and sugar is dissolved.
- Toss with fresh greens and serve.
