Grilled Chicken Salad


  • Mixed greens
  • Tomatoes


  1. Sprinkle chicken with Chicken and Pork Spice Rub and grill.
  2. For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, Horseradish Mustard and sugar together. Gradually add the oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Line platter with greens and tomatoes.
  4. Slice the grilled chicken and place over the greens. Top with vinaigrette.
