- 2 racks (6 pounds) baby back pork ribs
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 4 cups water
- 1 bottle Honey Barbecue Sauce
- Place ribs in a large stockpot. Cover with chicken stock and water, more if needed to cover the ribs. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a low boil and cook 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Remove ribs and brush with Honey Barbecue Sauce. Grill ribs or wrap in foil and bake at 200-250 degree F. for approximately 30 minutes until meat is tender. Baste with additional sauce as needed. Place ribs under broiler a few minutes for a crispy glaze.
