Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of company trade shows as well as executing wholesale marketing plans, media buys and campaign strategies.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of company trade shows, including everything from the budget, contracts and schedule to the packing of the crates, shipment of product, set-up and break down.
  • Manage all aspects of the wholesale catalog, including the schedule and preparing/organizing product for the photo shoots.
  • Coordinate all travel for sales and marketing teams.
  • Perform competitive research and compile data for marketing and sales teams.
  • Collect results and evaluate ROI of marketing initiatives; gather annual customer data analysis report; track campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post campaign and make recommendations to concurrent programs for modifications.
  • Maintain and distribute all channel market calendars.
  • Travel required.

Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Must be extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to work well across multiple functions/departments within the organization
  • Friendly, positive, upbeat, energetic manner with previous retail or sales experience a plus
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office products
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs, stand 8 hours bend/reach/squat/twist, climb ladders and perform the physical labor associated with trade show coordination, set-up and break down
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred of equivalent experience required with 3+ years of marketing experience
