The Sales Operations Support is responsible for providing support to the Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales Representatives. Identify and resolve issues with sales orders. Assist with reporting requirements for the department. Perform system audits and maintenance.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Manage credits and returns process for Wholesale Department
- Act as a liaison between Wholesale Department and other support groups including Finance and the Distribution Center
- Review sales orders in NAV weekly and take appropriate action with sales team member
- Review Delinquent Requests twice daily and research and resolve issues
- Process commissions, adjustments, audit and work with Finance to process ACH payments
- Manage Sales Travel Calendar and Jam Tour portion of website
- Monitor Contact Center activity and provide reporting
- Audit upload of Interactive Order Form to ensure accuracy into backend system
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- BA in business or marketing or equivalent experience
- 3+ years sales experience, preferably in the specialty foods industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details
- Expert at working effectively to collaborate on cross functional teams
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred), specifically spreadsheet applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
