Looking for a part-time key holder in our National Harbor, MD company store.
The Key Holder is responsible for assisting the Company Store Manager/ or Assistant Manager with the efficient running of the assigned store.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Assist guests and increase sales by providing product information and other services, including creation of gift baskets, discussion of special promotions
- Ensure shelves are stocked and sampling areas filled and cleaned for assigned zone throughout shift
- Maintain store appearance on and off sales floor, including cleaning, dusting, and keeping sampling areas free of spills
- Accurately receive and process shipments
- Efficiently and accurately process transactions at the cash wrap, including gift certificate sales and special shipment requests
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures in rotation with assistant manager and manager
- Assist with operational and merchandising duties, such as cycle counts, quarterly inventory and floor moves
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- 1-2 years previous retail sales experience with supervisory experience a plus
- Positive, upbeat, energetic manner
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand several hours a day and climb ladders
