The Lead Outbound Associate will organize and lead Outbound Associates to complete daily workload.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in communicating department standards, expectations, goals, changes and policies to associates
- Assist and plan daily schedule for Outbound Associates, delegating and prioritizing work accordingly to accomplish departmental/building goals while ensuring quality and on-time delivery for all sales channels
- Make recommendations to improve product flow, productivity and quality with Outbound
- Assist with daily workload
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and to stand for several hours at a time
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Windows preferred)
- Must have experience with electrical and manual pallet jacks and fork lifts
