We have 2 Production Specialist shifts available.
Shift 1: 6:30am to 3:00pm
Shift 2: 3:00pm to 11:30pm
The Production Specialist is responsible for performing duties on and off the production line related to preparation, production, and packaging of product in accordance with Stonewall Kitchen standards. The Product Specialist is responsible for performing additional tasks that support the efficient running of the line.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Assist Line Operator with coordination of efficient running of production line
- Act as a mentor for new Production Associates
- Ensure that each phase of production line is supplied correctly (e.g., caps, glass, labels) are maintained
- Assists in troubleshooting equipment problems in coordination with Lead Operator and Mechanic
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift and at the end of the shift
- Able to fill in and operate the production lines in the absence of a Line Operator
- Assist in line changeovers
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- High school education or equivalent with 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis and to stand for several hours at a time
- Ability to operate electrical and manual pallet jacks and forklifts a plus
- Mechanical aptitude a plus
- Exhibit and promote Production Teamwork Guidelines
- Computer literate
