Part-Time Retail Operations Assistant


Hours: 6:30am to 3:00pm, Thursday-Saturday

The Retail Operations Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the Retail Division.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Prepare and process all Company Stores & Cafe orders and maintain store ordering tools
  • Provide general administrative support for Retail Division, including preparation of presentations, generating reports, documenting store files (e.g.,copying, collating, and filing) as needed
  • Process new hires, rehires, and terminations
  • Process Retail Corporate Gift orders
  • Log and track cash over/short discrepancies and Company Store petty cash statistics
  • Review retail catalog content and update Retail Pro package items accordingly
  • Process Retail Store/Cafe inventory movement, including transfers, adjustments, etc.
  • Act as a liaison between the Company Stores the Accounting Department for researching transactional discrepancies in RPRO


Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience with previous retail experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be organized and have strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills and computer software (Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand several hours a day, and climb ladders
