Part-Time/Seasonal Stock Room Associates

We are looking for Part-Time/Seasonal Stock Room Associates in our York, ME Company Store.

The Stock Room Associate is responsible for assisting in accurately and timely receiving and processing of store shipments of Stonewall Kitchen food items, hard goods, and other retail store items.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Receive store orders into stock room
  • Assist in weekly cycle count, including identifying issues that impact accuracy and report issues to General Manager for correction
  • Assist with physical inventory
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift and at the end of the shift
  • Label incoming goods with required ticket information (e.g., RPRO number & price)
  • Prepare, obtain, and/or complete receiving paperwork, packing slips etc. as needed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Coordinate retail store mark-downs, including printing updated price tickets, determining O/H quantities in RPRO, back-stocking, etc...with Company Store Management team
  • Segregate received items and allocate to separate on site storage areas as needed

Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Computer literate (Microsoft excel preferred)
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and to stand several hours at a time
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on a regular basis
