Stonewall Kitchen Donates $5,000 to The Table of Plenty

York, Maine, October 10, 2014 — Local specialty food manufacturer and retailer, Stonewall Kitchen donated $5,000 to The Table of Plenty last week. The check presentation was held at Stonewall Kitchen Company Headquarters located at 2 Stonewall Lane, York, Maine.

“The Table of Plenty is a wonderful organization that provides free, weekly meals to local communities,” said Janine Somers, Director of Marketing. “We are so impressed by the work of this organization and believe strongly in its mission. Last year, we donated funds to help them purchase a commercial walk-in freezer, which allows for the organization to develop a strategic plan around its food donations. We are thrilled to partner with them again this year and contribute toward the monumental efforts made to end local hunger.”
