Stonewall Kitchen Breaks Ground on Headquarter Expansion
Two-story, 5,200 square foot Merchandising and Design center underway
York, Maine, October 31, 2012 — Leading Maine-based specialty food manufacturer and retailer, Stonewall Kitchen started on construction plans this week to expand its Headquarters with a 5,200 square foot Merchandising and Design Center and two loading dock bay doors.
"Our new Merchandising and Design building will be where all of our well-known and beautiful Stonewall Kitchen packaging and catalogs are designed," said Jonathan King, president and creative director. "It will also be used for our merchandising team to build powerful retail stories showcasing our delicious products with merchandise samples from around the world. Housing our creative teams together creates more opportunity to offer a top-of-the-line and unique product assortment and retail experience."
Completed construction is tentatively scheduled for March 2013.
