Stonewall Kitchen donates more than $16,000 to local charities in Q4 2011
York, Maine — Award-winning specialty food manufacturer, Stonewall Kitchen, is pleased to announce that its cause marketing efforts raised $16,700 for local charities in Q4 2011.
"We are thrilled with the donation," said Natalie King, Executive Vice President. "Supporting and contributing to our local community is an integral piece of our overall culture."
Stonewall Kitchen donates 5 percent of sales from four selected gift baskets to the following: Aids Response Seacoast (ARS), Camp Sunshine, Frannie Peabody House, Share our Strength (SOS) and The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA).
Gift baskets promoting the organizations include: Blueberry Breakfast Basket, Down East Breakfast Gift Box, Morning Favorites Gift Basket and Savory Gift Basket.
In 2011, Stonewall Kitchen also donated to other local charities that support the community, cancer prevention and environmental commitments.
"We look forward to continuing this program in 2012," said King. "These baskets are great gifts and also help these amazing organizations reach their goals."
