Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon Stonewall Kitchen Pure Vanilla Extract
- 4 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1/3 cup Stonewall Kitchen Orange Carrot Marmalade
Directions
- Cream the cream cheese, butter and Pure Vanilla Extract in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
- Add the confectioner's sugar and Orange Carrot Marmalade and beat until smooth.
- Frost cupcakes or cakes when cooled completely.
