Grilled Sausages with Garlic Teriyaki Glaze


  • 1/2 pound fresh andouille sausage
  • 1/2 pound fresh bratwurst
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 bag mixed field greens
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Garlic Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Wasabi Mustard
  • granulated garlic to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Pre-heat outside grill or inside broiler
  2. Remove sausage from wrappers and grill on high heat until browned evenly
  3. Grill fresh sausages thoroughly before glazing with Garlic Teriyaki Sauce
  4. Grill pre-cooked sausages until heated through and then glaze, being sure to rotate for even cooking and glazing
  5. Remove sausages from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes
  6. Wash zucchini and cut into thirds, scoop out centers to make little serving cups
  7. Place field greens on a small plate, and place zucchini cup on side of plate
  8. Fill zucchini cups with Stonewall Kitchen Wasabi Mustard
  9. Slice sausages and plate according to flavors
  10. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic to taste
  11. Place side of Stonewall Kitchen Garlic Teriyaki Sauce on side for dipping and enjoy!
