Before dicing the scallions, take two and slice off 1/4 inch of the white end and reserve for the eyes of the spider. Dice the rest of the onions.
Mix together the cream cheese, Stonewall Kitchen Old Farmhouse Chutney, green onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Fold in the sharp cheddar cheese.
Chill several hours before forming into one large ball (the body) and one small ball (the head). Roll each ball in poppy seeds to coat completely. Place balls on a platter next to each other. Put the green onion tips on the head for the eyes and insert the pretzels along the sides of the spiders’ body for legs.
