Fra Diavolo Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cored, seeded, 1/4-inch julienne
  • 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Fra Diavolo Sauce
  • 1 1/4 pound cooked fresh lobster meat (meat from four 1 1/4-1 1/2 pound lobsters), cut into bite size pieces
  • 3/4 pound Stonewall Kitchen Spaghettoni Pasta
  • Fresh basil and parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a heavy bottom 12-inch sauté pan. Add bell pepper and sauté until tender. Add sauce and lobster meat. Heat over medium heat until sauce simmers.
  2. Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
  3. Serve sauce over pasta and garnished with fresh herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
